- Photography is more of a passion than a hobby for me these days, and love the excitement that you may just witness something special during a dawn session and capture it for others to see. I specialise in seascapes of our beautiful Dorset coastline and scenic views generally across the county. My work sells at local craft fairs and the feedback I get from people purchasing or just browsing inspires me to stay within my local area, as local people seem to prefer local views. My images are also popular with those who have lived in the county but moved away or know relatives that have moved away and want memories of local landmarks. Thank you to everyone who has viewed this blog and to those who have purchased images and I hope you continue to enjoy. Please also visit my main website at www.mydigitaleye.adsl24.co.uk to view all the images I have available. If you have any questions then feel free to email me at ian.mydigitaleye@gmail.com.

Thanks to everyone who visited my stall and browsed through my landscape prints, and special thanks to those who purchased. Hope you enjoy. It's nice to hear peoples kind comments and makes it all worthwhile. I love my 'hobby', but knowing that others also enjoy the Dorset landscapes I've taken so far, drives me to continue with the early morning sessions that every landscape photographer endures in all weathers to capture that special moment that most people miss. We share these moments through a simple print, and remember what went into the capture of that image, but interesting to hear peoples memories of certain locations and there own experiences there. Even if I return with nothing after an early session, due to conditions not being favourable, then I still return happy, as nothing like being somewhere for first light, and hearing the outside world wake up to a brand new day.... then there's also the customary bacon sarny to look forward to when you return and a fresh cup of coffee, and the rest of the day to enjoy. Love it!!!
